Hello! I am Gabriela and I have practiced different healing modalities for over 32 years. I am a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Master Herbalist- Aroma Therapist, Certified Trauma Support Specialist, Certified Intuitive Transformational Coach, and Intuitive Spiritual Coach for Entrepreneurs, Business Coach, and Certified Meditation Coach.
I also love to facilitate Women's Sacred Circles, Ancestral Story Telling Circles and community engagement-support events.
These practices have fed my soul and served as rescue many times in my life.
 
I have been gifted with the mastery to see blocks in others healing  journey's and have been given the ability to assist in working through them.
This natural gift along with many years of studies, afforded me the opportunity to open The White Lotus Studio of Mindful Living.
I founded our practice with the support of my husband Robert and our two sons Samuel and Aaron, who are truly the lights of my life!

I am also a great believer in Eastern and Western medicine, working side by side committed to treating a person as a whole, spirit, body emotions and mind. 
I've personally seen the miracles that come from brilliant minds working together with a common healing intent.

I consider myself fortunate to be able to serve others and live out what I believe to be my life's purpose, but primarily humbled at the realization that everything I do with love and compassion will ripple tenfold as this is the law of the universe.
